Outbound Sales Representative

Role Description The Outbound Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO. This position is responsible for identifying and contacting prospective clients, conducting outbound calls and outreach, and presenting Superior Ink’s full-stack merchandise solutions.

Day-to-day activities include qualifying leads, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, scheduling and leading discovery calls, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor proposals to client needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and representing the brand at relevant industry events or meetings.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and engaging with decision-makers across a variety of brands.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and basic sales reporting.
• Ability to present complex services clearly and confidently to stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in follow-up and documentation.
• Previous experience in merchandising, apparel, print, or related B2B services is preferred but not required.
• High level of motivation, resilience, and comfort working in an on-site, collaborative team environment.
