Office & Client Support Coordinator.

GHP Investment Advisors (GHPIA) is a 100% employee-owned, fee-only fiduciary firm. For 30 years, we've built lifelong client relationships through comprehensive wealth management.

This is an in-person role at our Capitol Hill Office in Denver, reporting to the Client Relations and Operations Supervisor. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, keep our scheduling running smoothly, and support light client-facing needs alongside the Client Relations team.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a receptionist (answers phones, greets the public, directs visitors)
• Own and manage multiple executive calendars
• Provide client support tasks alongside the Client Relations team as needed
• Maintain kitchen organization and general office supply inventory
• Ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment for employees and clients
• Support special projects and administrative tasks across departments as needed

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple moving pieces at once
• Reliable and detail-oriented; comfortable owning recurring logistics without things slipping
• Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and ethics
• Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks
• Proficiency with standard office/scheduling software (calendar tools, email, basic ordering platforms)
• Prior experience as a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative support role
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Customer focus, with a professional and welcoming demeanor — you'll be the face of the firm for clients and visitors

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $60,000/year
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Group-Term Life Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Long-Term/Short-Term Disability
• Paid holidays and PTO accrual
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. On-site: this role requires physical presence for reception, client support, and office/facilities duties.
