In this role, you'll oversee warehouse office associates, streamline administrative processes, support HR-related functions, and partner closely with warehouse leadership to drive operational excellence. What You'll Do

As our Warehouse Office Manager, you will

• Lead, coordinate, and support warehouse office associates by setting clear expectations, assigning work, and ensuring accountability for results.
• Train, coach, and develop office staff through onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing performance management.
• Analyze office workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and HR guidelines while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Communicate company policies and procedures while fostering associate engagement, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
• Support Human Resources initiatives by assisting with onboarding, documentation, and associate-related administrative processes.
• Manage warehouse office operations to support Distribution Center goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational performance.
• Utilize warehouse systems and software to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with the Distribution Center Manager on projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager, preferably within a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or other fast-paced operational environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• The flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Willingness to travel for training as needed.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• One Saturday per month, as required
• Typical schedule between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM
• Expected workweek of 40-50 hours, depending on business needs
