Transactional Attorney

Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C., an established, mid-size business law firm in Downtown Denver, seeks a Colorado licensed transactional attorney with 5+ years of experience. The lawyer must have excellent communication and writing skills.

This position will expose the attorney to a broad range of issues including sales and acquisitions, finance and lending, franchise, commercial real estate development, leasing, land use, corporate formation, governance and transactions. Experience in several of these practice areas is preferred. The ideal candidate must be entrepreneurial, client-facing and eager to grow their existing practice and client base.

RWO offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance and parking. RWO also provides 401(k) options and paid time off (PTO). The pay range listed for this posting may vary depending on experience. Pay range (exclusive of benefits): $170,000 - $200,000.
