Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our venue, ensuring all facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure the venue remains safe and fully operational.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow health and safety standards.
• Support pre-opening and operational maintenance requirements as needed.
• Ideal Candidate:
• Technical diploma or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician within luxury hotels, lifestyle restaurants, beach clubs, or hospitality venues.
• Hands-on knowledge of MEP, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and general building maintenance systems.
• Experience in pool maintenance will be considered an added advantage.
• Good experience in preventive maintenance and planning
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proficient in maintenance reporting systems
• Good English communication skills.
• Can work in highly busy operation.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
