Role Description The Legal Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys in a full-time, on-site role located in Greenwood Village, CO. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and formatting legal documents, maintaining case files, managing calendars and deadlines, and coordinating court filings and scheduling.

The role also involves answering phones, handling correspondence, organizing client information, and supporting legal assistants and attorneys with clerical tasks. The Legal Secretary will help ensure efficient office operations and contribute to a professional, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Solid clerical skills, including organization of files, data entry, document management, and handling office communications.
• Effective diary management, including scheduling appointments, tracking deadlines, and coordinating court dates and meetings.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with office and legal software (e.g., word processing, case management systems, electronic filing platforms) or the desire and ability to learn to do so.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a personal injury or litigation-focused law firm is beneficial, but not a absolute.
