Litigation Attorney

DeGolia Law P.C. is excited to announce that we are looking to hire a litigation attorney. Our firm

is dedicated to defending civil rights, advancing justice, and providing exceptional legal services

to our clients. Our practice focuses on class action and individual plaintiff-side civil rights litigation including, but not limited to:

An ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of litigation experience (though all experience levels are

welcome to apply), will be licensed to practice law in Colorado, and will have a demonstrated

interest in civil rights. Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred. Experience and/or ability to work with survivors of complex trauma is required.

Salary range

$80,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.

Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, a generous vacation/sick leave policy, a 20% referral fee for cases referred to you directly, discretionary bonuses based on individual and firm performance, and a 401(k) matching program. The position will require in-person work at our

offices in Denver.
