What You’ll Do

As our Kindergarten Teacher, you will

• Create a warm, welcoming, and structured classroom where all students feel safe, valued, and capable
• Design developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive lessons aligned to standards
• Foster early literacy, numeracy, curiosity, and a love of learning
• Support social-emotional growth through routines, play, and restorative practices
• Collaborate with special education staff, instructional assistants, and support teams
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families and caregivers
• Reflect on practice and engage in ongoing professional learning
