Land Survey CAD Technician

Well-established, multi-office Land Surveying Company, now accepting resumes for a full-time, intermediate level Construction Survey CAD Technician position for our Denver location.

Applicants must have experience reading construction plans and performing calculations to create points for construction staking in field as well as discussing plans with field crews and clients.

Experience doing construction layout in the field and a knowledge of note taking, sketching, and the ability to work in the field part of the time is a plus.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 years CAD drafting experience or equivalent education required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience Autodesk Civil 3D required
• 2 years Land Surveying experience in field or office required

Individual skills include the ability to work independently and with a project team, self-motivation, the ability to communicate clearly, technical writing, project management, and enthusiasm to learn.
