Salary: $40,000–$45,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000–$120,000+ in the First Year

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping businesses solve technology challenges.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and community events.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs.
• Recommend customized IT and cybersecurity solutions.
• Prepare proposals and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals and recurring business.
• Manage opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiatives.
• Represent Computerbilities at networking and business events.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling Managed IT, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Telecommunications, Payroll, Office Equipment, or other recurring revenue solutions is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
• Highly organized, self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & BenefitsCompensation

• $40,000–$45,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission structure
• 1.5× Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) on new Managed Services agreements
• 1.5% Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) on qualifying renewals
• $100 SPIF for every qualified discovery meeting
• Additional bonuses and incentive programs
• OTE: $85,000–$120,000+
