Responsibilities

• Must have reliable transportation
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
• Manage existing accounts by providing tailored solutions, conducting regular reviews, and identifying upselling opportunities
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions

Skills

• Proven experience in negotiation, business development, and B2B/ B2C sales environments
• Strong understanding of technology products and technical sales processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively

• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for account management and analysis
