AT&T Sales Representative

Forgewave Consulting is looking for motivated AT&T Sales Representatives to join our team and represent AT&T’s services. This AT&T Sales Representative role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in customer service and sales while directly working with customers throughout the Raleigh, NC area.

As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will engage directly with customers daily, serving as the first point of contact for individuals interested in AT&T products and services. You will provide helpful guidance, answer questions, identify customer needs, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do as an AT&T Sales Representative

• Connect with customers in person to answer questions, present AT&T solutions, and guide them through the sales process.
• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering professional, personalized service.
• Stay informed on AT&T products and services to provide accurate and confident customer support.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while enhancing the customer experience.
• Develop leadership, communication, and sales skills through hands-on experience as an AT&T Sales Representative.

Position Overview

This position is a full time employment position located in Raleigh, NC, and surrounding areas. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week, working in a face to face role with customers.

• Pay: This is a commission-based job. On average, a minimum of 1-2 orders is completed per day per employee.
• Clients & Products: We work with AT&T, promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services
• Location: Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas
