Night and Day Dental is a dentist-owned practice group — five offices across the Triangle and Triad, owned by the two dentists whose names are on the door. No DSO, no regional managers, no corporate playbook. Our Raleigh office is our busiest and it keeps growing: more providers, more patients, longer days. We're adding to the leadership team there to keep pace.

The job is running the day. Keeping the schedule tight, the front desk sharp, and the details handled — insurance verification, AR follow-up, supply orders, payroll inputs, the daily close. Leading people without drama, following through without being reminded, and noticing the dropped ball before anyone else does.

If you're the person friends ask to organize things because it'll actually get done, that's the instinct we're hiring for.

Two things worth knowing about how we run. First, scheduling is flexible — we keep extended hours for our patients, which means more shifts to build around, not fewer. We'll work out a schedule that fits your life, and since the owners make the schedule, adjusting it doesn't take an act of Congress. Second, we promote from inside.

We're a growing five-office group with no corporate layer above you — as we add providers and locations, the people who run things well are the ones who move up. This role is a real path, not a ceiling.

You should have real administrative depth — dental front office strongly preferred, but we'll listen if you've run a busy medical office or similar. Organized, direct but kind with the team, and comfortable being accountable for numbers and outcomes.
