Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced long term and reliable Administrative Assistant 35 hours per week. Must be available Monday – Friday from 10:00am – 5:00pm. This person will be responsible for handling administrative duties and customer support for the entire business and will be the direct support for the owner.

Duties include but limited to

-Processing all communication to include handling phones and emails.

-Managing and processing excel spreadsheets

-Maintaining database of pictures of all customer’s pieces and the work to be completed

-Placing orders for supplies

-Maintaining front office and sales floor

-Running errands as needed

-Direct support to customers

• Assisting with scheduling appointments for owner
• Interact with external clients and vendors
• Responsible for maintaining and processing work orders and invoices

Requirements Include

-Proficient in MS Office, Explorer, Word and Excel

• Excellent customer service skills
• Very dependable, reliable and a pleasant personality

-Must be able to multi-task and be a self motivator

-Prior experience in similar role

-Work well independently with minimum supervision

-Must be willing to do a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
