We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. This is a working supervisor position, not a desk job. You will spend most of your day on the warehouse floor leading by example, ensuring accuracy, maintaining productivity, and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including order picking, inventory put-away, receiving, and inventory control.
• Lead and work alongside warehouse employees to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and completed on schedule.
• Verify all incoming shipments for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process compliance.
• Monitor warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Hold team members accountable to company policies, quality standards, and productivity expectations.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational demands while ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment where customer needs and workloads can change throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse management processes.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
