Position Summary

The Graphic Designer works with other members of Marketing Operations and Brand Marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and execute a wide variety of demand‑generating marketing vehicles to convey a particular message, idea or concept. The role supports multiple brands, existing product lines, new product innovations, marketing and strategic brand initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the creative lead, senior graphic designers, and Brand marketing in a proactive, creative and collaborative effort to elevate our brands.
• Think creatively and develop design concepts, graphics and layouts that capture project briefs and captivate consumers.
• Interpret creative briefs into conceptual ideas.
• Design materials that enhance the brand and the overall consumer/customer experience.
• Concept, develop, and execute overall layout and production design for various applications such as print advertising, digital advertising, POS/POP, catalogs, selling materials, and internal collateral.
• Ensure consistency and standards across several brands.
• Skills for Success Visual ideation and creative problem solving.
• Strong design aesthetic, technical skills and ability to think conceptually.
• Ability to design based on a creative brief, feedback, sketches and critiques.
• Comfortable creating and working with deadlines.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks by prioritizing appropriately.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Experience & Education Associate’s degree in graphic design.3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence and technical expertise.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Advanced photo‑retouching and image‑manipulation capabilities.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with advanced presentation design and formatting skills.
• Thorough understanding of print production and digital asset creation.
• Experience designing for digital platforms; working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Familiarity with 3D design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.

Agency or in‑house corporate creative experience preferred.

Passion for and understanding of sports, fashion, art, and contemporary culture.

Knowledge of apparel products and industry trends is an advantage.
