Associate Attorney - Salesperson

We’re seeking a motivated Non-Litigation Attorney / Attorney-Salesperson to handle professional license defense and administrative law cases. Your main focus will be client acquisition and retention, as well as case preparation for non-litigation processes. Some experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker – we're more interested in your passion and drive.

As a member of our team, you'll be expected to build strong relationships with prospective clients, converting consultations into retained cases. You’ll need to have patience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively interact with potential clients to establish trust and rapport.

In addition to client-focused duties, you’ll assist litigation attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings in front of licensing boards, government agencies, and the Office of Administrative Hearings.

Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000 plus bonus package
