PRN (As-Needed) - Front Desk / Medical Office

Busy pediatric office located in North Raleigh is seeking a PRN (as needed) front desk associate. Job responsibilities will include patient check-in and check-out, insurance verification, and scheduling appointments. Candidates will be cross trained in multiple front office positions, with the potential to transition to a full-time or regular schedule when one becomes available.

Number of work hours and schedule will vary each week, according to staffing needs. Candidate must have a flexible schedule Monday - Friday during regular business hours (7:45 am - 6:00 pm). Additional weekend hours will be available on a volunteer basis (745am - 12pm).

Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service skills, a general knowledge of computers, the ability to multi-task, and high regard for teamwork and professionalism.

Previous medical office experience is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
