About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Tasting & Event Chef to bridge the gap between client vision and event execution. In this role, you’ll prepare intimate client tastings, refine recipes for volume production, and lead off-site culinary service.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Tastings: Cook, plate, and present custom tasting menus for VIP clients while managing dietary modifications.
• Bridge R&D to Production: Test seasonal recipes and ensure tasting dishes translate efficiently to large guest counts, transport, and holding.
• Maintain Culinary Specs: Partner with Sales to document client feedback, portion specs, and plating guides.
• Execute Events: Lead offsite prep, staging, station setup, and live service, while coaching line cooks and enforcing strict food safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven line cooking and plating experience in catering, banquets, or highvolume restaurants.
• Solid understanding of production cooking, holding limits, and offsite event logistics.
• Meticulous detail in translating tasting feedback into written culinary instructions.
• Positive leadership style and ability to adapt quickly as event needs shift.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and ability to lift standard kitchen equipment.
