We are seeking a dedicated and experienced On-Site Manager to support the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As the On-Site Manager, you will assist in ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience while contributing to the hotel's profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support Hotel Management: Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel departments, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Revenue Management: Help implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Budget Management: Collaborate in developing and managing budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing and maintaining hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Team Environment: Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff.
• Guest Relations: Address guest complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to promote hotel services and special events.
• Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends to help maintain competitiveness within the hospitality market.

Experience

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of revenue management techniques and budgeting processes.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is preferred.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Requirement

• This is a living on-site position, and candidates must be willing to reside at the hotel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
