About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Property Manager to help keep our hotel running smoothly day to day. This is a live-on-site position — meaning you'll receive a furnished apartment on the property as part of your compensation package, making it an excellent opportunity for right candidate.

You'll wear a few hats: covering shifts at the front desk, supporting our maintenance technician, and coordinating/assisting with the housekeeping team. If you're organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable jumping between tasks, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

Front Desk (One Shift per Day)

• Greet and check in/out guests professionally
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
• Handle reservations and basic billing questions
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly

Maintenance Support

• Assist the maintenance technician with routine property upkeep
• Conduct regular walk-throughs to identify and report issues
• Coordinate repairs and communicate timelines to management

Housekeeping Coordination

• Support and communicate with the housekeeping team
• Help ensure rooms are turned over efficiently and to standard
• Assist with supply inventory and scheduling when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar role preferred
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance a plus
• Must be comfortable living on-site and being accessible as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• $30,000 to $40,000 annual salary
• On-site apartment provided (a significant added value approx 18,000 value)

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
