Licensed Land Surveyor - Project Manager

MSS Land Consultants is a Land Surveying company located in Raleigh, NC with over two decades of experience in the Triangle area. Our focus is on residential and commercial land development, as well as construction surveying and layout.

MSS is currently seeking a Licensed Project Manager. Must be a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in the state of NC, or be able to obtain licensure within six months of start date. Must be proficient in Civil 3D.

Will be responsible for leading residential and commercial projects in the Raleigh-Durham area. Land development projects, infrastructure staking and as-builts, subdivision platting, residential as-built and final surveys, etc. The candidate will be performing drafting, computations, job estimating, and other related tasks.
