Entry-Level IT Help Desk Technician

Our Columbus-area client is seeking an Entry-Level IT Help Desk Technician to join their team in a hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity located in the Dublin/Columbus, OH area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent IT graduate or someone looking to launch their career in Information Technology. Previous professional IT experience is not required—we're looking for individuals with a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Document and track support requests.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, or general computer troubleshooting is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within an IT support environment.
