Inside Sales Executive

Connoisseur Media – Columbus, Nebraska, is seeking a full-time, motivated, and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment and enjoy connecting with local businesses, this is a great opportunity to build relationships and help clients grow through the power of radio marketing.

We’re looking for a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills who can balance multiple priorities, collaborate with a dynamic team, and bring a positive, solution-focused attitude every day.

Responsibilities for this position may include

• Contact established and new customers in our listening area and present radio marketing plans.
• Develop a positive relationship with Account Executives and support staff.
• Submit ad schedule and copy to the traffic department.
• Generate new business and establish relationships with clients.

Requirements of this position may include the following

• Must be highly organized and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Possess strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and handle interruptions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must have a great personality and be able to work in a team environment.

Preference may be given to candidates who meet the above requirements and have the following:

• Prior sales experience.

Salary: $31,200, plus 10% commission.
