Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role based in Delhi, OH. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promoting the company’s BPO services across target markets.

Daily activities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, and presenting solutions that align with client needs. The position also requires tracking sales pipelines, preparing regular performance reports, and supporting negotiations to close deals in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging prospects, managing client relationships, and delivering clear presentations.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Analytical Skills to understand industry trends, assess opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and convert opportunities into business.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in sales, business development, or BPO services, with familiarity in international markets considered an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., CRM software, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, meet targets, and uphold high professional and ethical standards.
