Client Account Manager

Build lasting customer relationships while representing one of the nation's leading telecommunications providers. We're hiring a full-time Client Account Manager to support our growing Verizon campaign.

This is an entry-level, in-person opportunity where you'll work directly with residential customers, introduce Verizon's wireless and home connectivity solutions, and help customers choose services that fit their lifestyle and communication needs.

As a Client Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales process. You'll answer questions, explain available plans and promotions, assist with new account enrollments, and provide ongoing support to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Account Manager

• Meet directly with customers in assigned territories to introduce Verizon products and services
• Present Verizon wireless, internet, and home connectivity solutions based on each customer's needs
• Guide customers through new account enrollments, plan selections, upgrades, and account activations
• Build long-term client relationships through professional communication and exceptional customer service
• Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, promotions, and available service options
• Maintain accurate customer records, enrollment documentation, and account activity
• Follow up with clients to provide ongoing account support and ensure customer satisfaction

You'll work directly with customers throughout assigned territories, helping them compare Verizon wireless and home connectivity solutions, complete account enrollments, and receive ongoing account support.
