Roles and Responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing incoming payments and reconciling accounts.
• Assisting in the management of customer accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Generating and sending invoices to clients.
• Supporting the team in the preparation of financial reports.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure accuracy in billing and collections.

Experience Level

• Preferred experience level is 0 to 2 years.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
