Location: Columbus, Ohio (on-site/Hybrid 4x month)

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of legal secretarial or administrative experience
• Experience in litigation and/or labor & employment strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document formatting
• Familiar with e-filing procedures and court documentation
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
