Registered Nurse ( RN)

We are currently hiring Full Time RNs to join our team of professionals!

Our dedicated therapy team has a track record of producing comprehensive results through our physical, occupational and speech therapy programs.

Responsibilities include

• Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
• Other duties as assigned
