Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT/MLS)

Clariti Diagnostics Laboratories is seeking an experienced, quality-driven Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join our growing clinical laboratory team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform moderate- and high-complexity laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
• Analyze, verify, and accurately report patient results
• Perform quality control, calibration, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and resolve technical issues
• Document testing activities within the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
• Maintain compliance with CLIA, COLA, and laboratory quality standards
• Collaborate with laboratory leadership to support continuous quality improvement and outstanding patient care

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• ASCP MLT or MLS certification (or certification eligible)
• Clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
