Manager, Sales and Customer Service

Oversee Sales Operations: The Manager of Sales and Customer Service will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales operations, including setting sales goals and targets, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to increase sales.

Ensure Exceptional Customer Service: This role will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience at Macy's. The Manager of Sales and Customer Service will oversee customer service policies and procedures, and work to continuously improve the overall customer service experience.

Lead and Develop a Strong Team: The Manager of Sales and Customer Service will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of sales and customer service associates. This includes setting expectations, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Drive Sales: This role will play a key role in driving sales for Macy's. The Manager of Sales and Customer Service will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and work with the team to ensure that sales goals are met.

Foster a Culture of Excellence: The Manager of Sales and Customer Service will serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and sales practices. They will continuously motivate and inspire the team to provide the highest level of service to Macy's customers.

Communicate Effectively: This role will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The Manager of Sales and Customer Service will be responsible for communicating sales goals, expectations, and performance updates to the team, as well as providing regular updates to upper management.

Ensure Compliance: The Manager of Sales and Customer Service will be responsible for ensuring that all sales and customer service policies and procedures are followed, as well as any legal and ethical guidelines.

Analyze Data and Provide Insights: This role will be responsible for analyzing sales and customer service data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. The Manager of Sales and Customer Service will use this data to make informed decisions and provide recommendations to improve sales
