In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering outstanding customer service while expertly handling food and beverage orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including exclusive offerings, wine pairings, and beverage options to assist guests effectively
• Uphold food safety and food handling standards in compliance with health regulations
• Support catering, banquet service, or night life operations as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously
• Engage with guests to promote sales opportunities and enhance overall guests satisfaction

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in causual dining , banquet, or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS, or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within a licensed environment is strongly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse guest needs
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time efficiently during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math applications, and order calculations
