Lead Residential Electrician - 6+ Years Experience - Ability to Manage Crew

Express Electric is seeking an experienced professional with 6+ years' experience and positive attitude to lead a new residential division for a well-established electrical contractor licensed by the state of Ohio. We need a skilled leader that is motivated to spearhead this expansion. Must have expertise in residential electrical contracting, business development, and crew management.

Candidate would be responsible for building a customer database, driving advertising and networking, and hire and manage crews. Express Electric offers our employees a more flexible work environment than your typical employer.

ELECTRICIAN REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to run multiple residential crews.
• Ability to read blueprints, wire and terminate devices, as well as test and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Expected to be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work
• Ability to communicate effectively with company's clients, its management team and other field employees
• Able to perform general physical activities common to the electrical trade
• Attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work
• Knowledge about technological developments
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Basic Hand tools
• Valid Driver's License
• Maintain a safe working environment
