Senior EHS Manager (Commissioning & Electrical Safety) [RW-15031]

A global provider of critical infrastructure and power solutions is looking to add a Senior Manager focused on electrical and commissioning safety. This person will be tasked with leading a global program to reduce high-risk exposures in complex, high-energy environments such as data centers and industrial systems.

The role is highly visible, partnering across engineering, services, and safety teams to standardize best practices and ensure safe execution worldwide. It offers the opportunity to influence both field operations and product design to drive meaningful safety outcomes at scale.

The Role

• Lead the global execution of safe commissioning practices, ensuring consistency in high-energy and multi-contractor environments
• Develop and standardize electrical safety procedures, including arc flash, lockout/tagout, and energized work controls
• Establish clear expectations and accountability across contractors, customers, and internal teams in complex project settings
• Partner with engineering to embed safety into product and system design, reducing exposure during installation and service
• Oversee auditing, compliance, and incident learning processes to drive continuous improvement and eliminate serious risks
• Up to 50% global travel

The Candidate

• 10+ years of experience in electrical safety, commissioning, or high-risk industrial environments
• Deep expertise in high-energy electrical systems, hazard management, and safe work practices
• Strong background working in construction or multi-contractor project environments
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and field services
• Familiarity with global safety regulations, auditing programs, and continuous improvement methodologies, with data center or mission-critical experience preferred
