Position Overview

As a Licensed Master Plumber, you will serve as the primary technical expert on-site, responsible for:

• Diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing issues in both residential and commercial settings.
• Supervising installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with local and state code requirements.
• Mentoring and guiding junior technicians, sharing your expertise to enhance their skills.
• Delivering superior customer service, explaining plumbing issues and solutions clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sewer lines.
• Lead plumbing installations for new construction and renovation projects.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls with professionalism.
• Conduct drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, video inspections, and excavation work.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage permits and coordinate required inspections.
• Document and report work done, parts used, and time spent effectively.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment in top condition.
• Collaborate with dispatch teams to optimize service call scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid Master Plumber license in your state.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on plumbing experience, with 2+ years as a Master Plumber.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and standards.
• Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in water damage restoration.
• Familiarity with hydro-jetting and sewer camera systems.
• Previous experience in a franchise or multi-location service environment.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
• Additional trade certifications (EPA, etc.) preferred.
