Job Description

Do you like technology that helps companies grow, specifically: advertising, lead generation, sales, SMS

and voice technology? Do you want to help marketers make intelligent business decisions and

absolutely love where you work? CallerReady is searching for a full stack developer to join our rapidly

growing team. You will be responsible for owning features and products that help us scale our business.

You must be comfortable juggling multiple projects and changing priorities typical of a technology

startup environment. You must bring a high energy and a great mindset to the team every day and love

to code.

We are looking for someone with a technical expertise developing for both browser and mobile,

translating business requirements into database structures, stored procedures, and software

architecture and ensuring that the code developed meets the required business requirements. This

person would be responsible for implementing client-facing reports, customer dashboards,

configuration screens, wizards and cloud communications software projects. The successful candidate

will be passionate about writing great code, refactoring bad code, and fixing bugs across the platform.

Some tasks will require team work, while other tasks will need to be accomplished with little to no

guidance.

 Coding Experience

o Essential Languages: C#.NET, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5

o Some to moderate exposure to each layer of web services development stack

o BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Ideal candidate will have

 Prior experience with traditionally hosted services and databases

 Prior experience with Azure and geo-distributed cloud based architecture

 Understanding of concepts related to calls and dialers, sales acceleration software, marketing

attribution, and the buying and selling of leads

 Prior experience with telephony

 Prior experience with multi-platform design concepts
