Cisco / Data Center Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cisco / Data Center Network Engineer to support and maintain network connectivity across on-premise data centers and cloud environments. This role will focus on ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable network connectivity between internal infrastructure and Microsoft Azure while working closely with cloud engineering teams to support a hybrid infrastructure model.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in routing, switching, and data center networking technologies, along with experience supporting enterprise network environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain connectivity between on-premise data centers and cloud environments.
• Support routing, switching, and BGP connectivity between data centers and Microsoft Azure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cloud engineering teams to maintain seamless hybrid infrastructure connectivity.
• Support ongoing improvements to network design, reliability, and performance across the environment.

• Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking
• Advanced routing and switching expertise

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud connectivity and hybrid network environments
• Prior experience integrating on-premise infrastructure with public cloud platforms

This role does not require physical work inside a data center.
