Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote and sell products or services confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle inbound inquiries and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist clients with product information, order processing, and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools.
• Support client services by managing follow-up communications and ensuring timely responses.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary, while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience

• Previous Sales experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse clients.
• Experience in sales or client services that demonstrates persuasion and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to perform data entry efficiently with high accuracy and typing speed.
• Outbound calling experience and call center background advantageous for success in this role.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
