Position Overview

At Wolfe – recognized among Pittsburgh's 2024 Top Workplaces and Fastest-Growing Companies – we power gift card programs for national merchants like KFC. Our flagship brand, PerfectGift.com, enables customers to create customized gift cards. We are seeking a conversion-obsessed content writer with expertise in web writing, modern SEO, and brand-centered storytelling.

In this fast-paced, 5-day onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA, you will create high-quality content across various formats while collaborating with creative, marketing, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content – including blogs, campaign assets, email copy, video scripts, and long-form pieces – to support marketing and business objectives.
• Audit, evaluate, and optimize existing content for proper funnel positioning, strong SEO performance, and audience relevance.
• Develop and execute scalable content programs such as blogs, guest contributions, customer spotlights, and campaign-driven pieces in collaboration with product marketing and channel owners.
• Ensure all content aligns with Wolfe and PerfectGift brand voice and messaging standards across both B2B and B2C channels.
• Build and maintain a sustainable content pipeline with clear prioritization and timelines, while managing external vendors as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content writing and management, preferably in technology or fintech.
• Experience managing content across multiple brands simultaneously.
• Proven ability to write effectively for diverse formats and channels including social media, video scripts, ebooks, long-form articles, and marketing copy.
• Forward-thinking approach to anticipate industry shifts and plan for future market trends.
• Experience with content management systems and a portfolio demonstrating high-quality B2B and B2C content.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: $82,000 - $101,000
