Legacy Hospitality is a growing Restaurant Group in Pittsburgh! We currently have 6 locations with our next 2 locations opening soon!

We are looking for a motivated teammate to help keep daily business operations running smoothly by managing communication, organizing records, and providing general clerical support to our Sales & Events Manager, COO, and Accounting Team for all 6 current locations.

Duties include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, following up and tracking R&M requests for all 6 locations, as well as maintaining office supply inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Communication: Answer phones, sort mail, and reply to emails and monitor multiple inboxes company-wide.

Scheduling: Manage calendars, book appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Record Keeping: Maintain digital and physical filing systems

Office Operations: Order supplies, track inventory, and help arrange equipment service for all 6 of our restaurant locations.

Finance Support: Entry of invoices and coordination with locations on invoice management.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who wants to learn about the industry and support our growing company from our home office located in the Union Trust Building!
