Office Manager - Part Time

Duties

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organization, Distribution of USPS mail, invoicing and emailing
• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
• Interacting with and supporting residents, Superintendent and staff members
• Perform other general clerical tasks to support office operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
