Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lawyers role based in Pittsburgh, PA. The lawyer will handle a varied caseload, including research, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing opinion letters, and advising clients on litigation and regulatory matters.

Daily responsibilities include appearing in court, participating in hearings, depositions, and mediations, and collaborating with colleagues to develop case strategy and evaluate risk. The role also involves direct client communication, including counseling clients on options, managing expectations, and providing timely status updates.

The lawyer will contribute to firm initiatives such as business development, training, and maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

• Candidates should possess drafting skills for pleadings, motions, contracts, and legal memoranda.
• Candidates should possess courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and oral communication skills.

• Candidates should possess case management, organization, and time-management skills to handle multiple matters efficiently.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active licensure (or eligibility for prompt admission) to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Prior litigation or relevant practice experience in civil, commercial, insurance defense, or governmental matters is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, professionalism, and collaborative work within a team environment.
