Cocktail Bartender and Hospitality Professional

Tina's is a high volume cocktail bar and biodynamic bottle shop. Sustainability is key component of our business model and is a major practice in day to day operations from waste disposal, product sourcing, to staffing structure. Full time position consist of 4 shifts per week and up to 9 hours. We are looking for a professional, accountable, and self driven addition to our team.

Our Approach To Cocktails..............

Canonical Drink Making that researches, celebrates and recreates historically cited drink recipes and ingredients. Through the exploration of recipes and their variations we strive to recreate and honor the cocktails before us and share their history and societal importance with our customers.

Reimage the use of citrus and other fresh ingredients in cocktails by exploring recipe formulas and syrup preparations from era's before mass global trade.

Advance Spirit Education and knowledge that allows one to use and describe spirits, aromatized wines, and other spiritous and vinus ingredients for their guests.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
