Sr Cyber Security & Governance Expert

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Operate and support enterprise security technologies including SIEM, EDR, PAM, DLP, Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), Vulnerability Management, Network Detection & Response (NDR) and Security Operation Tools.✅ Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity events, security alerts, vulnerabilities, and incidents while supporting threat detection and incident response activities.✅ Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, remediation tracking, security validation, and secure configuration improvement initiatives.✅ Participate in security architecture reviews, cloud security assessments, infrastructure and application security reviews, and secure project delivery.✅ Support secure SDLC activities, application security assessments, source code security reviews, and developer security guidance.✅ Support and maintain Information Security & Governance activities, including ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, PCI PIN Security, policy governance, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.✅ Perform security risk assessments, provide security consultancy for business and technology projects, and ensure security requirements are embedded throughout project lifecycles.✅ Continuously identify opportunities to improve Neo
• PAY's cybersecurity maturity through process optimization, security automation, operational enhancements, and security best practices.
• Who Can Apply?✅ 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or Cyber Security Governance within banking, fintech, payment systems, or other highly regulated industries.✅ Strong experience in Security Operations, Security Governance, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Security Monitoring, and Risk Management.✅ Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, PAM, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Database Security Monitoring, Network Detection & Response (NDR), Security Operation Tools and Cloud Security.✅ Experience in security architecture reviews, application security, secure SDLC, penetration testing, and security validation activities.✅ Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards including PCI DSS, PCI PIN Security, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and CIS Controls.✅ Experience supporting regulatory audits, compliance initiatives, security governance, and third-party security assessments.✅ Experience with enterprise security platforms such as SIEM, EDR, PAM, DAM, Vulnerability Management, NDR, DLP, ZTNA, NAC, FW is highly desirable.✅ Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP, PCI ISA, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent are an advantage.✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced fintech environment.
