Construction Foreman

NOW HIRING - Construction Foreman Full-time · Working Foreman · Field Leadership

We're looking for a proven working foreman who leads from the front, someone who commands a job site, builds up the people around them, and gets it done right the first time. If you take ownership, hold the standard, and make the team better every day, this is your role. Our next foreman will be on site working beside his/her crew. Please note, this is not a desk job.

What you'll own

• Plan and execute residential remodeling projects start-to-finish - on schedule, on scope, and without excuses
• Lead, train, and develop your crew - earn their respect and level them up
• Bring strong technical knowledge across multiple trades and know how to fill gaps through smart planning and collaboration
• Communicate everything clearly and consistently - the wins, the problems, the hard stuff
• Bring a positive, uplifting attitude every day - culture starts with you on the job site

What you bring

• 3-5 years as a construction foreman
• Multi-discipline construction knowledge
• Crew development experience
• Strong communicator
• Positive, coachable mindset
• Tech Savvy - We use Slack, Gmail, and an app for timekeeping
• Clean criminal background and driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
