E-Tank is offering a full-time Shop Foreman position at the Pittsburgh branch. The Shop Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the equipment maintenance team, including inspection, cleaning, and repair of various equipment such as Pumps, Filtration, & container units, storage tanks, tarp tops, hard tops, vacuum boxes, dewatering boxes, spill containments, and related systems.
This role ensures that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulations. The Shop Foreman provides direct leadership, training, and mentorship to Pump/Cleaners/Processors I, II, and III while creating a positive team culture and driving continuous operational improvement.
