The Role

Build, Scale, and Innovate

We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building products from the ground up and improving them every day. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable designing APIs, optimizing databases, and creating intuitive user experiences.

You'll own work across both our customer-facing applications and the services that power them. From developing modern dashboards and marketing landing pages to building scalable backend services and cloud infrastructure, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of AutoIQ's technology platform.

What You'll Do

• Build the Platform: Design and develop secure, scalable backend services using Node.js, Python, and FastAPI while creating clean, responsive user interfaces with React and Next.js.
• Create Great Experiences: Build intuitive dashboards, marketing experiences, and customer-facing applications that are fast, accessible, and easy to use.
• Develop Reliable Integrations: Design REST APIs, background jobs, and data integrations that securely connect our products with internal and third-party systems.
• Optimize for Scale: Improve application performance through efficient database design, caching, background processing, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure best practices.
• Own the Delivery Pipeline: Deploy confidently using Docker, GitHub or Bitbucket Actions, AWS, and modern CI/CD practices while maintaining high standards for testing, reliability, and observability.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Design to turn ideas into production-ready solutions that deliver measurable business results.

Who You Are

• A Full Stack Builder: You have experience developing production applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• An API & Data Expert: You're comfortable designing REST APIs, modeling relational databases, writing efficient SQL, and integrating systems through secure, well-designed interfaces.
• A Cloud-Minded Engineer: You understand modern deployment practices, containerization, AWS infrastructure, monitoring, and building reliable systems that scale.
• A Quality-First Developer: You write clean, maintainable code, value automated testing, participate in thoughtful code reviews, and take pride in delivering polished software.
• A Collaborative Problem Solver: You communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and enjoy partnering with teammates across engineering, product, marketing, and design.
• Always Learning: Whether it's a new framework, cloud technology, or architecture pattern, you're excited to continuously improve your craft.
