Sales Development Representative – Sports Industry (Remote)

We are a fast-growing sports recruiting agency that has placed 20+ athletes at D1, D2, NAIA, and JUCO programs generating over $2.5M in scholarships. We're expanding our sales team and looking for hungry SDRs who want to break into the sports industry.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for families of student athletes. Your job is to qualify prospects, build rapport, and book them for a strategy call with our senior recruiting consultants.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 10-15 outbound and inbound qualification calls per day
• Follow a proven script to qualify athlete families
• Book discovery calls for our closing team
• Track all activity in our CRM

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of phone sales or SDR experience preferred
• Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
• Self-motivated and accountable to daily metrics
• Sports background is a plus but not required
• Must be available minimum 20 hours per week

Compensation

• Commission only to start 5% per closed deal you sourced
• Top performers earn $5,000-$15,000/month
• Base pay available after hitting targets

Pay: $5,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
