You Will

• Serve as the operational backbone for the Customer Success team, ensuring projects, deliverables, and client requests are coordinated with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Own project coordination across multiple clients by tracking priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and next steps while keeping internal teams aligned.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, improve documentation, increase team efficiency, and continuously identify new ways to enhance productivity and client service.
• Prepare for and coordinate client meetings, including building agendas, capturing detailed meeting notes, documenting action items, and distributing follow-up recaps.
• Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, task trackers, and internal knowledge resources to improve visibility, organization, and team efficiency.
• Translate client discussions into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams, ensuring ownership, accountability, and timely execution.
• Proactively anticipate client needs, addressing potential issues before they arise.
• Share real-time updates with clients during live calls, providing clear and concise information about project statuses and next steps.
• Build and improve operational processes that increase efficiency, create consistency, and help scale the Customer Success team.
• Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, dependable follow-through, and exceptional client service.
• Oversee administrative tasks, from document management to organizing client materials, ensuring smooth operations.

About You

• Previous experience in project coordination, account coordination, client services, marketing, or a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate confidently with clients.
• Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping projects moving forward.
• A proactive approach to challenges, with the ability to find solutions independently.
• Comfortable using AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and solve problems while exercising sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Curious and eager to adopt new technologies that improve collaboration, organization, and client service.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all client interactions and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering high-quality service.
• Familiarity with performance and/or digital marketing services and an agency environment is a plus.
