Business Development Executive - Commercial Construction

Saint Mary Construction is a growing commercial general contractor specializing in tenant improvements, retail, restaurants, medical offices, office build-outs, and commercial renovations throughout Arizona.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with architects, developers, property managers, brokers, and franchise owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial construction industry.
• Identify and pursue new commercial construction opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Attend networking events and industry meetings.
• Coordinate with the estimating and project management teams.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in Commercial Construction.
• Strong network within the Arizona commercial construction market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of winning commercial construction projects.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year (based on experience).
• Performance Bonus.
